How we’ll work together

Our process has been designed to help you clearly understand what you are buying, then quickly but smoothly transition your business to our care.

The goal of our first chat will be to work out if we’re a good fit for one another. We’ll set out to learn about your business, what your goals might be and how IT might be holding you back.

We’ll help you understand what we do and how we work. This way, you’ll have all the information you need to know whether we’re right for you.

Once we’ve got an understanding of your business, we’ll take a look under the hood.

You’ll provide us with a read-only account to view your cloud services. This is a restricted account that can’t make any changes but gives us a window into your cloud infrastructure.

(Sometimes, we even spot easy cost optimisation opportunities 😉 )

Now, we understand both your business and cloud services. The next step is to meet with you, present our findings and share our cloud managed service plans.

We’ll talk through the services within each plan, take a look at what the costs will be (based on your cloud provider costs) and answer all your questions.

The goal is to leave you with all the information you need to make a decision.
