Cloud Infrastructure Review
Next, our certified Solution Architects will review your cloud infrastructure to make sure everything is captured by our proposal.
If you've got an in-house IT team, our Solution Architects can work with you to determine the broader management approach - setting expectations as to the roles and responsibilities of each team.
Our team will also be looking for opportunities to optimise performance and cost after on-boarding.
Proposal and SLA
By now, we'll have a solid understanding of your business and it's infrastructure.
The scope and cost of our services (including any items we've tailored for you) will be laid out in a clean, easy-to-digest Service Level Agreement.
As always, we welcome your questions or thoughts to make sure you've got a complete understanding of our managed cloud services.
To start with, we'll begin by implementing our support and monitoring tools. These tools are used to give us advanced warning should there be a problem with your cloud services.
Next, we begin implementing technologies to automate the resolution of problems (should they occur).
Lastly, we begin the process of communicating our support paths for key people in your business (of your choosing).
